how to strech my ear from normal earring to 2mm, help?
I have literally just put in a 2mm taper but its not all the way in and its hurting a little bit, before this I just had a normal earring in. My friend went from normal earring to 2mm and she had the same thing of it not going in straight away but I want to make sure im doing it ok. I put vaseline on it and it slipped in as far as it is now, its about 2/3 of the way in. help?
You shouldn’t use Vasiline ever for that kind of thing. What is 2mm? Sorry, I only know gauges. I can be of more help if I know what 2mm is in gauges.

Just keep going. It may hurt a lot, but it will stop after a few hours. Push it in further, but don’t twist it! This could screw up the lobe of your ear if you’re not careful. If you’ve twisted it already, it should be fine sonce you haven’t done it the whole way. I strecthed mine from a 0 to a 4, because my brothet told me it was a 2 and I didn’t bother checking. If I can get through that, a 2 should be fine to get through your ear.
