If your phone has picture text capability, you can send it from your cell carrier’s web page. If it has web access, you can upload the picture to a picture site, and then download it form your phone. If your phone has email capability, you can just email it to yourself. Alternately, pretty much every phone with picture capability has either a micro-sd option, which you plug into an SD adapter and then into your computer’s SD card slot (or get a USB SD adapter if your computer doesn’t have a slot), or just buy the USB cable for your phone and plug it stright into your computer.
