How to raise money for a funeral

I’m sorry for your loss. If you can’t afford a funeral, you might consider either donating the body to science (free) or simple cremation (inexpensive), followed by a memorial get together at your home attended by just family and friends. You don’t have to spend thousands of dollars on a funeral.

first of all, so sorry to here about your cousin. its a terrible thing to go through. second of all, last summer, when my cousin died, people would send us all sorts of food , flowers, and al that such.we asked people that instead of buying things like that, they could put a donation into a trust fund for my cousins baby girl…you could set up something like that, but tailored to fit your families needs. also, your cousin probably would not have wanted you to spenmd a fortune on her funeral, and I know it is very expensive, but try to budget what every money you have, and try not to spend to much on caskets or urns and things like that. do the best you can. keep strong .
