How to put on a bike chain
Ok so this is a weird question but how do you put on a new bike chain. I have a bike [21 speed] it has gears and front and back brakes, and it doesnt work if I just loop it throu any help and no youtube videos please.
In general you need a chain tool. A chain tool allows you to open a bike chain by pushing a pin most of the way out and reconnect it by pushing the pin back in.
Some derailleur bikes do have a master link type link that can be used to open and close a chain but you will need a chain tool in order to make the chain the right length.
