How can you prevent AIDS during oral sex?

What kind of precautions have to be taken while giving a blowjob and how much chances of risk is there in giving the same?

Answer #1

You can use a condom for oral (they have flavored ones!)

the risk of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections can be reduced by using a condom for all forms of penetrative sex, including oral sex. If a condom is not used, avoiding ejaculation into the mouth probably lessens (but does not eliminate) the risk of HIV transmission.

For oral on women, dental dams can be used for protection.
