Our family absolutely love Taylor Ham (aka pork roll). Most often I lightly fry it then make a fried egg. Put both on a hard roll with a dollop of ketchup - umm delicious. Alternatively hubby prefers to grill his his Taylor Ham slices rather than fry it when it’s not too cold to stand outside by the grill.
Also Taylor Ham can be purchased presliced - either thick or thin - or in a log shape roll that we can slice to our desired thickness. Some prefer thick sliced and some prefer thin sliced. Doesn’t matter as long as it’s the “Taylor” brand. Other brands just don’t taste the same.
