Use a curling iron and do it by sections. Spray it with extra strong hold spray before you curl it, than curl that section and spray it again immediately after you curl it. Once you have done this all over your hair, spray it one more time all around your head. This works for me in my shows when I’m up on stage dancing and singing! lol it should work for you! Another thing that works if you don’t want so much product in your hair is to put it in foam rollers or braids after you shower before bed. Then just spray it a little bit in the morning. You may want to do tight curls or add spritz, that works for me.
