Weight Watchers, I’ve heard it is a good program and is actually good for you. I wouldn’t trust any of those diet pills..
I would say the best way to lose weight fast and stay healthy in the process would be to eat right, dont eat junk food or candy and such. Drink plenty water and stay off soda’s eat dinner before six that way the food doesn’t sit in your stomach and reverberate into fat as you sleep. About half and hour after you eat take a walk around your block for some excersize. Right before you get into bed at night do about 10 sit-ups. But make sure you have all three meals a day or at least a healthy two meals. If your hungry inbetween meals fruit comes in handy!^^
!excerise! but you need a break inbetween workouts… switch on and off between different excerises like running then next time do situps blahblahblah and eat good stuff–tho its not as much what you eat as how much you eat and if you feel hungry, try drinking some water first— 80% of the time when you think your hungry your actually thirsty ;)
you can eat only fruits and vegetables for a week and it will make you lose weight fast

well eat pure veggies and lean protein..some fruit and water..5-6 small protions through the day. extercise intensely for an hour and do some strength training.. youll loose a lot of weight but youll probably gain it back. LOL
they healthy way to do it is the great advice at the top.
well you could chop of an arm or something. Lol Kidding but you really cant lose it too fast but detox diets are good but you lose water weight and not burn fat. Good ol’ diet and exercise are they way to go. (how come I dont follow my own advice…)
I’ve lost 10 pounds in 1 and half weeks, simply by doing this.. CUT OUT THE SALT!!! Salt holds water. Eat lean protein[white meat chicken;turkey;SEAFOOD] A natural weight loss fruit would be grapefruit, I eat it twice a day. One for breakfast then one for dinner. LOTS of veggies, and only eat a carb once a day.. probably for either dinner or lunch. Try eating 5-6 meals a day, but very small portions. Your veggies should always be larger than your meat portion or your carb portion. CARBS turn into sugars once put in yor stomach. Drink 8-10 8oz of water a day. Exercise a maximum of 20 minutes the first week. The pounds will pretty much melt off lol [: GOOD LUCKKK.
