How to lose some inches in the stomach?
Hey everyone I’m 19 years old 5’6-5’7 and 36–waist, 41–Hips, I’m trying to get to a 34–waist,38–Hips, can anyone tell me some good ways to lose weight on your stomach,(the healthy way), I’m in no hurry its my goal i want to be at that or under by 1/1/08–thanks–
dont eat fast food of drink soda and dont eat past 7 o clock… ok you dont have to go on a crazy diet. eat 5 small meals a day like a apple mabe a half of a sandwich dont go crazy…GO TO WALMART IN THE SPORTS SECTION AND GET A WORK OUT BELT!!! MAKE THIS BELT YOU NEW BEST FRIEND WEAR IT ALL DAY!!! THE KEY IS TO MAKE YOUR TARGETED AREAS SWEAT MORE THAN ANY OTHER BODY PART.. AND ALSO GO TO THE GYM AT LEASE FOR 45 MIN A DAY … MAKE SURE YOU DONT BE LAZY THERE AND WALK ON THE TRED MILL JOG FOR 10 MIN YOU HAVE TO GET THAT HEART RATE UP AND WEAR THE BELT!!! I JOINED THE ARMY LAST WEEK AND I AM LEAVING FOR BOOT CAMP IN 4 DAYS I LOST 4 INCHES OFF MY WAIST AND 13 POUNDS IN 12 DAYS… O AND IF YOUR WONDERING WHY EAT 5 SMALL MEALS A DAY PEOPLE— YOUR TRICKING YOUR BODY WHEN YOUR BODY THINKS ITS TAKING IN ALOT OF FOOD IT DOES NOT HAVE TO STORE FAT. IT ALSO BURNS IT ALOT EAISER… THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT
Healty eating, plus exercises like sit ups and leg raises, they will tone up your abs, (stomach muscles) exercising at home can include skipping, walking up and down stairs and dancing. Doesn’t cost anything to do at home and you can do it alone. Otherwise the same as the other answers.
maybe you could start doing regular exorsize and eat more healthy foods hope this helps x

Lots of veggies and fruits, cut out or down on sweets, high sodium snacks and cakes or cookies, along with cutting out soda and presweetened drinks, instead drink as much water throughout the day instead. And exercise, in order to lose body fat, you need to work out, the whole body 3-4 times a week, 30-60 minutes. Even walking, jogging, biking, swimming will help alot. The key to lowering the fat percentage is resistance training.
