How to hook your bowling ball?

To hook your bowling ball, twist your wrist as you release to make it spin…however, keep in mind that to successfully use a hook style throw, you’ll need to consistently apply the same amount of twist & strength to your throw, otherwise it’ll be inconsistant.

I never could hook it successfully, so I stick to trying to throw straight, as it’s generally easier for an amateur to increase their bowling average that way.
