Pesonally I like to use a dremel. I know it sounds kinda weird and the noise kinda freaks you out at first, but oooh is it sooo worth it. Ask a qualified technician about getting the right dremel for you. Make sure it is lightweight, compact, easy to use for long periods of time in tight spaces. Good luck :)
