how to get over being told something so heartbreaking??
Ok so heres the thing my mom just told me that she didnt get me nothin 4 christmas(shE was SERIOUS)..and I only wanted 4 things…and she got my sisters everything that they wanted and what they wanted was totally expensive.I didn’t do anything bad.SO now I am hurt and I just feel like crying but I am holdin it back..HOW DO I GET OVER IT…
Hey there babe, well I had a similar situation, my mum told me that she barelyot me anything (only2or3 things) and they weren’t anything on my list that I wanted. I wasn’t too hartbroken because I know my mum has had a tough financial year, and I would rather food and shelter to presents. She also bought my sister a load of things, and she explained it to me that she was just easier to buy for this year mOst of thetime she makes up the difference with money , but even if she doesn’t it’s ok. You just need to understand that just becuase you didn’t get any presents it doesn’t mean that she doesn’t love you or anything. Material things are just material things. I hope this helps. Mandy once you let it out you will realize that it’s nota huge drama. You still get to spend Christmas with your familyafterall xxx
