I have liked a few girls in my time and basically all of them have in the end said that we are just friends, which is really annoying, how do I get them from stop thinking as me as a friend and more as a boyfriend??

if they just want to be friends , then BE FRIENDS if they don’t want to be your girlfriend , you shouldn’t make them be your girlfriend , just be a good friend to them , maybe then they’ll realize that you’ve always been there for them , and start to like you
