If you are trying to have a male child the “old fashioned way”… male sperm swim faster and female sperm live longer. If you want a boy, your best shot (no pun intended) is to try having intercourse of the day she ovulates. Your best chance at a girl is to have intercourse 2 days before she ovulates.

No guarantees, but that’s a decent “shot” at what she wants!

do you mean adoption or do you mean trying to have a child…its possable both ways but it is sooo expensive to do that you could do artificial insimination in wich the people that do so could tell if the sperm is male or female…if the child you end up having is a female then too bad for her ..
