How to gain fast pounds?

Im 15 yr and a bit underweight so my question is how do I gain fast pounds? Basically how can I gain more weight by all means, like what to eat when to eat it and what to do. Thanks :)

first go a few days recording everything you eat and the calories. after a few days find the average caloric intake by adding up all the calories then dividing it by the number of days. that’s how many calories you eat in a typical day, then simply add 500 calories a day to your diet. so if your average is 1200 add 500 to get 1700 and that’s how many calories you could eat everyday to put on a little weight.
