How to forget someone?

Can someone tell me please how I can get this guy out of my head!!! I’m going crazy!!! I’ve been thinking about this guy for 2 years every single day!!! Its driving me crazy!!! I’ve dated his brother (twin brother) and I’ve dated his best frnd in those 2 years and I still have a huge crush on him…and there used to be but now there’s absolutely now way for us to date so how can I get him out of my mind!???

I’ve had to do that for six months while me and my best friend [who I was in love with] were ignoring each other. it took a lot of practice and I ALMOST forgot about him, untill we started talking. but here’s what I did. whenever I started thinking about him, I would stop myself and think about something else. do anything to keep yourself busy. read, watch tv, anything. I could finally go for a few days, sometimes a week, without thinking about him. [wow that’s a long one]
