How to fix my iTunes 'redeem' link?

My iTunes link to ‘redeem’ isn’t working. How can I fix it so I can exchange my iTunes Gift Cards?

i think if you notify them(email, or a 1-800 #) then they can help u out… cuz they’re probably the only ones who can fix it =) hope i’ve helped!
