How to dress like a real indian guy, living in america

My husband is from india, but people think he is from another country. How can I help him dress more “indian” so that peole will see that he is not from brazil, or some other country? He is actually from darjeeling, india

Actually, I really like those collarless shirts Indian men wear. I don’t think he HAS to dress Indian, but if you and he both want to consider an Indian style that works well in the US, maybe pale coloured collarless shirts would work, in cotton, linen or silk.

Why does it matter? You shouldn’t really care where people assume he’s from.
