How to dance the jerk 101?

Yea I hve been trying to do the jerk for the longest so can anyone please help me cause I don’t know what to do im so clueless and sum people know and othas don’t and I want to look like I know what to do help me please

let me help you the best way I can, im the best jerker at my school, so ill see if I can help. :) umm basically stand on one foot, start with right, and hop forward. then hop back on your left foot, then hop front with your left foot, then hop back on your right foot, and repaet these steps until you get in the swing of things, if you wanna learn the other moves to the dance you can contact me, but that one is the basic one. :)
