How to cope with my body image?

I’m always looking in the mirror. There are Always wars between me and that hideous girl starring at me in that image. She even follows me around. Even into stores! When I really wear size 5 pants, This girl wears size 9’s! I try my best to kick her out of my shoes and try on size 5’s, but they sadly never fit. I know it’s mainly my blubbery hips, saggy butt, and floppy thighs that jiggle when I run, make fast movements, and other things involving in ‘Moving about’. I truly Dislike this girl in front of me every morning. Every minute I see her. I admit she does look pretty sometimes, but when she steps out of the shower, she looks so awful. I wish I could help, but I don’t know How. I convince her to eat right, and excersize, but she doesn’t listen.

If any of you understand this message, please help. I am losing convidence. I shrink in my seats when I sit. Even when its hot out I hide within my dark clothing (which obviously expresses me, ‘Depressed’. I wobble when I walk and mostly am stiff around this man I admire. (He must think I’m crazy) I never run as much as I used to. I have no confidence in anything. Please help with any advice you’ve all got . Please help me get FIT and TONED before Spring and Summer!! Help me to get motivated. What should I do??
