How to convert from voc file to wma?

I have a voice recorder; I recorded my child voice but when I plugged to computer it is not working with media player because It says media player can not read the VOC file.. I set up and install everything from the player, still it is not working. Can I convert to wma file? Please give instructions.

go on a search engine: google, ask, yahoo, etc. and look for format factory and download it then you can convert it most likely…hope it helps.
