How, straight to curly, flat to wavy?

ok so my hair is straight as a board and instead of looking like Zac Effron, I wanna look a little more like Neal Caffrey from White Collar. My hair does not curl to save my life, but how to I make it a little more wavy and vibrant without spending a ton on styling products.

oh and by the way, I’m not gay I’m just stylish, lol

Thanks, I’m play9ing the lead role in a play for Christmas and my drama coach said that my hair should be as tossled and wavy as I can get it but still make it look good, and she has no idea about styling products, so thanks a bunch! lol

lol… hmm when you get out of the shower, from using tossle me softly from herbal essence shampoo and conditioner.:) try, scrunching it to make it wavy, and spray some hairspray too. all you gotta do, is grab a bunch of hair and scrunch it together, then hairspray… if you dont wanna do the hairspray… your a dude so maybe you shouldnt… just to the scrunching it might work.:) good luck
