How should I convince my Mom to let me go to the dance?

well there is a teen dance and my mom said I could go then she said oh I only said that to scare your sister I got really excited and now im really sad what should I say to go she thinks im to young

You’re very young - sounds like your Mom is looking after your best interests - your time will come before you know it…Take care !!

tell your perents you get extra creadit in the class you are failing but dont tell them your failing or else you wont get to go just to cheer you up tell them its a math dance they will burzerki!!! they wont say no to education!!!

I’ve been going to school dances since I was like in 5th grade. explain to her that’s it’s going to be controlled and supervised, and that it’s not going to be some wild sex crazed shin-dig. just ask for for a little freedom, and prove to her that you can be trusted.

how old are you ? it says your 13. I mean I’d go. your basically a teen. tell her your not going to do anything but dance & hangout. tell her she should trust you & let you have fun. honestly even my mom tells me. if you keep your daughter/ son from doing stuff when he is little he is going to end up in jail at 18. so when your a kid you get by with stuff easy. so we shld enjoy it while we can :]

Why don’t you try obeying your mother. . . It will help build trust.
