How should I approach this guy?

theres this really cute guy at school and I want to know how to introduce myself, without seeming like a stalker haha. hes friendds with my friend but she doesnt want to introduce me I don’t know why. but she tells me hes everything I like in a guy. so I have to meet him!! advice?

Approach him calmly and act cool. If you have an ipod for something - lishen to your fav song before going up to him, it gets be going if im abit nervous and gives you motivation! be casual, “hey im __, i dont think we’ve met before but you seem like a nice person from what my friend has been tellin me” etc etc! you get the idea ^^
