How long does it take for your plugs to close if your a 4?

Im going to Mexico, and I know my grandma will flip if I have plugs, especially this big. Im a 4 how long is it going to take for my ear to go back to normal?

there never going to go back to normal sorry to dissapoint you, but thats something you should have researched before you got them done the hole is too big now, and skin doesnt reattatch itself if its a gaping hole it will shrink a little bit and will heal fully, but its always going to be a hole the only thing that will make it go back is surgery, and that will just leave you with a scar
