How long after smoking pot can I breast feed?

DO NOT SMOKE POT WHILE BREASTFEEDING!! While you may not feel high anymore, the thc runs in to your breastmilk and remains there for as long as you test positive via a drug test. If you keep researching (I have), studies show a baby can test positive for thc in their urine for up to 2-3 weeks. Its so not worth the risk it can have on the baby’s development, especially since marijauna affects brain development for you and particularly your growing baby. Trust me, I regret that I did (just once!) because I am so afraid to breastfeed again and cry every night over what I have lost with my baby. You should not be smoking pot at all whle you are brest feeding or even when you were pregnet is going to backfire on your baby when he/she grows up.

yes actually a lot of people do (I’m not one of them) but I don’t really think it would effect anything.. but don’t take my word for it I’m only 16. I’ve only witnessed friends with babiess ( I hang out with MUCH older people )
