How is it not sexual abuse?

My moms boyfriend moved in last year when I was 12, not Im 13. My mom kicked him out because he gave me hickeys all over my chest and one on my cheek. He also sucked on my upper lip but when I pulled away he stopped, then he gave me a “full body massage” and he touched my vagina. He says it was just affection but even the first day, I was helping him move in and he had my sit on his lap and he was touching my thigh in a weird way. I hated what he did but he just says it was affection and being friendly…Is it sexual abuse?

Umm gatogvet, no it isn’t. She was 12, underage. I’m sorry but no adult should be doing anything sexual with anyone underage.

Yes it was sexual abuse. It’s good that your mother kicked him out. If you ever want to you can press charges.

that is most definately, absolutely sexual abuse. no adult should do anything like that to a child, ever. I’d press charges, but it depends how long ago it happened

i personally think that that is sexual abuse, because its like mental abuse as well. he did stuff in a sexual manner that you didnt want him to do. its wrong.
