how does weed get outta your system in exactly one week?

the night before and yhe day of chug water. thats what my boyfriend does for probation and he passes everytime. chug until you peeing every five mins!

but people tell me to exercise becuase witih all the water im drinking, ill sweat it outt?

How much and how often are more important, and I do not have guidelines for that. Your BMI of 23.8 puts you in the ave. group, and I would imagine that overweight people (like me ;) ) would have a harder time.

Do not do any weight loss nor heavy exercising within 24-hrs of the test. That could cause any THC that was attached to fat cells to be released into your bloodstream.

If you were a light user, your system will be clear in a week, with or without the extra liquids. If you were a very heavy, habitual user then nothing is going to clear you in 1 week - it will take longer. MAYBE if you are in between light and heavy use, liquids will help. This is if it is a urine test. A hair analysis for pot takes much longer - months or even a year… basically until that part of the hair is cut off. Good Luck!!
