Do you mean how does it feel at the actual moment of conception?? No you can’t feel it. When you are pregnant however, there are many symptoms like nauseous & mood swings.

I know that you can get symptoms when you are pregnant.,For example, you can miss your period. I don’t think you can feel the baby developing.
