Depends on my mood I guess although I’ve never really thought about it while I say it. I think I say “only half full” which is kind of like saying half empty…

My glass is definitely half full. Seeing it any other way is pointless to me. Be glad you have a half a glass of something instead of wishing you had more. :)

Half empty for me and the bonus for saying that is the person who asked usually end up topping my alcoholic beverage up til its full… hehe :)
