I want to know how to save movies or videos clips or music from the net unto my hard drive. Ex.: If there is a video clip on youtube or google videos that I like, how do I save it unto my hard drive so I don't have to download it everytime I want to see it? I also have two musician friends who put their music unto myspace, is there a way to download the songs and keep them on my harddrive? Thanks a lot! Zor
go here : www.flashload.net
enter the link to the you tube video and press the download button
underneath is another box left click where it asks you to and save the file with a .FLV extension
note : you need a codec to play these files, but if you have VLC media player it should open, or download the latest K-Lite codec pack
You can use keepvid.com. You just enter the URL of the Youtube video, choose the quality, and press "download", and choose a save location. Simple as that.

You can simply download a '.flv' player. They are not hard to find and can be downloaded for free if I recall.
