How do you move when you are having sex?

when you are having sex, how do you move. I’ve had sex 2 times but still dont no what I am doing. are both people supposed to go out at the same time and then back in at the same time? or are you both supposed to move in the same direction at the same time? this may sound like a stupis question but I really need to no so that I can be better at sex.

The idea is to create friction, and it can be done a number of ways, the least one being if you both move in the same direction at the same time, lol. Sometimes one of you can lie still while the other does all the work. Or if you’re boh in a frenzy you might both move… the more turned on you are, the more it happens with out you deciding “how” to do it. Good luck!
