how do you get AIDS

why do so many gay people have aids? how do they get it and why do they get it? is there a cure, or is it kinda like canser and there isn’t really a cure.

ok, I didn’t mean that just gay people have it. sorry that it came out that way. it just seams to me that the greater persentage of people with aids are gay. (I’m sorry if that offends andone but thats just how I see it.) I do no however that other people in the us and in africa and all around the world have it.

just clearing that up.

The demographic with the highest predominance of AIDS is currently African-American women. It is not a gay disease.

there is no cure for AIDS at al bt ther a way 2 slow it down so u’ll live a bit longing,and nt just gay have it, people wit HIV+ can spread it 2, bt dats stage before aids cum along and hiv+ doesnt alway turn 2 aids, I don’t no why we get it, just anotha STD

It isn’t just gay people…there are just as many (if not more) heterosexuals who have Aids.

It is contracted through the exchange of bodily fluids and can be passed through intercourse, sharing needles, or coming into contact with blood of an infected person.

There is no cure.
