How do you clear CD-R's ?

I have a CD-R and a Game I want to burn, but the CD-R has things on it but the game I want to burn need an empty CD-R. How do I empty it?

You can’t erase CD-R’s only CD-RW/DVD-RW

If you have one, go to my computer then right click on your cd/dvd drive with the cd-r/rw in it and click erase this dvd/cd
