How can I get over my girlfriend?

hi well I havent been on here in a while and I just got dumped by my girlfriend after a year and a half of dating and we would do everything and were so happy togther she was my first love she was my first everything then all of a sudden she said she wanted a break for a bit cause she didnt like the hassle of a relationshsip and I was like what the f*ck after a year and a half you realized that like maybe after a month or 2 but k ya so we went on a break and it wasent really different so I told her like we either are togther and fix what you want in are relationship or we are done and she said k we would go out again so 2 days later I go to a party and she went but didnt tell me and she didnt talk to me all night so I asked why and she said im done with you I dont love you I dont like you I dont want anything to do with you infront of everyone like all my friends and im like after a year and a half you treat me this way how is that like possible and she hasent said a word to me or even looked at me in school and I’ve become very depressed and cant sleep I tried to kill myself once which was dumb I know not going to do it again but it seems like I just cant get over her what should I do please someone help me I’ve cryed myself to sleep for the last week someone help
