Well look at the bright side you weren’t happy in the relationship because he didn’t show his feelings and didn’t make you feel special AND you say that he likes you but then he miraculously recovers so quickly from his heartbreak that he is flirting with your friend in front of you…sure doesn’t sound like you’re missing much! So how do you get over him? Get over what exactly? It’s not like he showered you with affection and then had enough respect for your feelings as too not flirt in front of you. Forget and move on…best way to do it is go out and meet new people and get a new boyfriend.
