How do I watch my weight?
Well, im very athletic, I play softball and soccer, I have been playing for about 10 years and I eat wayyy to much, but I try to loose weight by trying not to eat as much. But I dont know what else to do. I only weigh 137 but I have been increasing my weight and I want to loose a lot of it . Any suggestions on what to do to loose some weight lol?
If you “eat wayyy to much” then simply substitute what is unhealthy to being healthy. Also, if you’re so athletic its likely a lot of your weight is muscle so don’t stress. Muscle weighs more then fat so you probably are just built for that weight. Relax though, I’m sure you’ll finally find yourself to be comfortable once you can accept that.
