you just wrap sections of your hair around the center. start with the curler horizontal and then start rolling it towards your head. when you get there, fold it in half, and I usually keep it in with an elastic keeping both ends together. I also usually sleep with them in. and when you take them out make sure you gently separate the curls with your hands..otherwise you’ll have massive ringlets lol

make SURE you dry it. I did it wet once..haha never agian. but yeah it really works well when its dry.
