how do I use baking soda to whiten teeth?
so im going to use baking soda to whiten my teeth but I aint a clue what to do (feels stupid lol) does anybody know please?

Get the tooth brush wet, dip it in the baking soda then brush your teeth like you were using tooth paste. Be sure to rinse EXTRA good. Then, brush your teeth normally with tooth paste :)
Swishing hydrogen peroxide in your mouth helps as well. I brush with toothpaste and baking soda, then while I’m taking a shower, I swish the peroxide until I finish. It’s not immediate, so give it some time.
u either put soem stright on the brush or you put toothpaste on and dip the toothpaste in alittle. toothpase helps with the flavor
All you have to do is wet your toothbrush and dip it in the baking soda and brush away.
Or if you wish you can just add some to your regular toothpaste..(since it tastes really salty!)
