All my friends have one and I'm on safety patrol and when my grandma is late I have to call on the school phone.I really want a cell phone.Even my younger cousins that are 8 and 10 have cell phones.
Get the t-mobile go phone. Tell her you want one for emergencies. Tell her you'd rather be safe than sorry. You never know when it might come in handy. Just tell her to give you a chance to prove to her that you can be responsible with one. What if there was a situation to where there wasnt a phone nearby or not available, then what would you do? You should ask her that. Cell phones are necessities these days.
haha I had the same problem. well first tel her how important it is to have in case of emergencies. try to find a cheap but decent phone. make sure you find a reasonable plan and if you have enough money offer to pay for part of the bill. I have to pay my parents 20 a month for mine. or ask for it in return for soemthing like doing really well in school. I don't know hope those ideas help =]
