How do I send music from my comp to my phone

My phone is a sony ericsson and I was wondering how do I send music to it. If possible can you do it with youtube and how please reply x

You need to get an actual bluetooth stick (NOT a dongle!), so that way you can actually send stuff thats in your documents to your phone :)
