How do I prove an unfit mother

Ok my boyfriend is over seas, an his ex has his little girl. I know shes doin druges partyin all the time an drinking an driving with her in the car I need to know what evidance he needs to have so he can get his little girl when he gets home.his ex cheated on him all the time an it was with his friends so we can prove she cheated.this is very inportant for me to find out for him because he cant right now how should I go about this. Please help me thanks so much

You need proof she is drunk doing drugs or what ever find the drugs go over to house and take secret pics and call police or court so he can get custidy hope I helped your welcome

I wish I knew my sons baby’s mom has been using drugs that stay in her system for only 2 days ( oxicontin) , they have joint physical custody he is so nervous does he have to give the baby back?

poor little girl! I just wanted to say thatt lol, but I’m only 14, so I dont really have anythin to suggest except to take a vid…and the person who suggested the blood test, thts a good onee…:)

This is just an idea how about taking photo’s on your phone of her doing these things or a video!. You can also get her to have a blood test done for proof about the drugs :) – I hope this helps :)
