how do I lose weight and lose acne

how do I??? with no face stuff or pills I want to lose 40 pounds by February .

okay I dont eat crap I eat normal I have breakfast sometimes lunch and dinner normal I hardly have crap I exersise 40 minutes a day 5 days a week and im not losing weight

then go running stop eating crap and wash your face everyday in the shower with soap if that doesnt work you probably have ovr oily nasty skin and you need to go see a dermatologist, this isnt rocket science.

im using this clinique stuff but when im on my period it goes booommm and my face looks horrible

Well, for your acne you HAVE to use face stuff or it wont completely go away.. but the best you can do is not pick you face, wash your hair daily and eat things with not a lot of oils or fat… for weight, excersize and eat right.

losing weight:

  1. goto the sauna
  2. hire a fitness instructor
  3. go to gym
  4. make sure your meals are healthy
  5. KEEP UP YOUR EXCERCISE ROUTINE!!! BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO KEEP IT UP. ASK YOUR FRIENDS TOO SUPPORT YOU!! 7.excersize OUT of school. like, walk around the mall a lot! 8.Figeting will burn calories!! 9.GOTO THE SAUNA!! 10.Dance everytime your favorite song comes on 11.skip when your happy(not in public)
