how do I know if my mac brushes are real?

ok so are there fake mac brushes out there and how can I tell the difference between them and the real ones?

if you bought them in like a 24 piece set or off of ebay they’re probably fake if the metal thing holding the bristles is black its fake(real ones are silver and special edition ones are usually a different color and shorter) hmmm if the MAC symbol is more towards the center its fake(its supposed to be right by the silver thing holding the bristles) and if it doesnt have a number by the MAC symbol its fake

Hey Girl, If the brush is plastic and not wood, its glittery an it has a big print that says japan on them then their fake.

only way you can tell forsure is if you go in a MAC store or counter…how else..??

Fake ones shed really bad, the real one are made not to shed… Xo:)
