How do I help a paranoid schizophrenic?

my fiance is a paranoid schizophrenic. therefore when he has his bad days he thinks I’m cheating and lying about everything. I would never do this, cause I love him too much. how can I help him belive and trust in me?

I am not sure to sure about schizophrenia… Hopefully he is medicated.. or takes something? Someone close to me is bipolar.. and they go through good and bad days as well.. I noticed that once this person switched to a medication that was more effective.. there has been hardly any bad days..
