How do I have a good makeout seesion in the back of my car?

I have an SUV and my boyfriend and I made out on the backseat once. It wasn’t too comfortable and he couldn’t easily finger me or eat me out..is there a different position or way that I can make this easier? It is hott when we just move right to the backseat and get it on…but even when I put the seats back it doesn’t work too well. It is hard to give him head in the back too
