Well, there is special shampoo for that. I would recommend bathing in a bathtub full of it at least three times per day. you scrub, rinse, and repeat. always repeat.

I get this stuff called Paul Mitchele or something like that and you can buy it at sallys but there is the real stuff and the generic but there are both so good and it fools so AWSUM!!!

Use head and shoulders shampoo and condishiner, When useing the shampoo, Scrubb the roots of your hair really good but scrub with the palms of your fingers, not your nails. when using your condishoner, dont apply it to the roots or any part of the top of your head. And dont keep it in as long as the shampoo, and makesure you rinse it all out of your hair really well our the soap will dry up and contribute to the dandruff.
