How do I get rid of win32.agent.ieu?

Yea spybot has found win23.agent.ieu and I did research and found out its the thins slowing my camputer down. Spybot keeps saying its fixed but it keeps coming back please help

this is something that digs itself into windows messenger….

yes its possible to remove manually but in teh end it would be easier and safer for yourself if you just downloaded a decent virus scanner:
