How do I get rid of my large weird ugly arms?

ok I’ve had like unecessary fat on my arms for like 2 years now. it’s gross I hate. please help me?

You need to curl dumb bells (3-5 lbs) about 3 sets of 50 reps each arm daily. For the first couple days your arms will be really sore, but you will adjust. Also, doing at least 15 min of a cardio workout will help burn calories which will burn fat. You will see results in a month or less if you do this and stick with it. I’m not sure if this is the best program, but I’m confident it will help you. Also, drink plenty of water and consume less carbs during your dinners. Eat your carbs before working out for good energy. Good luck!
