How do I get my eyes scene?

I want my eyes scene, like liquid eyeliner, except I don’t know how to do it :/

I recommend you go on youtube. They have lots of tutorials that show you different ways to make your eyes pop. Good Luck

Well what I do, Is I put a semi thick line under my eye, not in the crease thing, Like on the actual skin. Then I put gray or white eyeshadow up to my eyebrow, And it’s not that like POW, Standing out, but that is just what color looks good on me. Then I put a little bit of a thicker line then the bottom on my top lip. I then put mascara on, and tada. You want long eyelashes, or maybe fakes. (:

it all depends on wht color u think looks good on you but use tons of eyeliner and mascara
